Due to funding from East Lancs CCG through Hyndburn & Ribble Valley CVC, we can provide subsidised personal training sessions for people with a learning disability, autism or mental health problem, living in the Ribble Valley.
We have space available for 8 personal training clients to take part in a 12-week programme to improve health.
Criteria for one-to-one subsidised sessions are:
A body mass index (BMI) above the healthy weight range, or too much fat around your waist, can increase your risk of serious health problems like heart disease, type 2 diabetes, stroke and certain cancers. Being underweight could be a sign you're not eating enough or you may be ill.
We will also be offering group exercise sessions in community settings or the outdoors. Personal Training clients receive group sessions free of charge. Non personal training clients pay just £3.50
